Brand and Marketing Manager

to join our sales team and take ownership of building and promoting our brand, ensuring it stands out in the competitive property market. Key Responsibilities As the Brand and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic marketing plan to build brand awareness, attract buyers, and support sales objectives. Your duties will include: Brand Strategy & Development Define and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with Owl Homes’ vision and values. Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, including print materials, digital assets, and physical developments. Develop brand refresh with guidelines and oversee their application across all marketing channels and teams. Marketing Campaigns Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, and traditional). Collaborate with external agencies, designers, and suppliers to deliver high-quality marketing assets. Create marketing materials for developments, including brochures, signage, social media content, and email campaigns. Digital Marketing & Online Presence Manage the company’s website, ensuring content is up-to-date, SEO optimized, and visually appealing. Develop and oversee social media strategies to engage with audiences and drive traffic to Owl Homes’ platforms. Utilize analytics tools to track and measure online performance, providing insights for continuous improvement. Lead Generation & CRM Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and nurture campaigns. Implement and manage a CRM system to track customer journeys and measure campaign ROI. Organize events, such as open houses, launches, and community engagement initiatives, to promote new developments. Market Research & Competitor Analysis Conduct market research to understand buyer demographics, trends, and preferences. Analyze competitors’ marketing strategies and adjust Owl Homes’ approach to maintain a competitive edge. Provide insights on market positioning to influence pricing and design decisions. Key Qualifications We are looking for a candidate with: Experience Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the property, real estate, or new homes sector. Track record of building and managing successful brand and marketing strategies. Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable marketing results. Skills Strong understanding of branding principles and customer engagement strategies. Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media platforms. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Technical Expertise Proficient in tools like Canva (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and/or Canva. Familiarity with CRM platforms and email marketing tools (e.g., Contact Builder, HubSpot or similar). Strong analytical skills and knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Campaign Monitor. Education Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Professional certifications in marketing (e.g, CIM or equivalent) are a plus. Minimum of 5 years’ experience is a similar role. Personal Attributes Results-driven with a proactive and hands-on approach. Strong collaboration skills, able to work across teams.
