Brand Partnerships Manager

to join a leading global agency specialising in talent representation, sponsorship procurement, and partnership management across sports and entertainment. This senior role involves managing and enhancing relationships with global brands and agencies, establishing the agency as a premier partner in sports marketing. About the Role: This leader will be pivotal in shaping the agency’s sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and delivering integrated, multi-faceted sports marketing solutions for clients. In addition to fostering external brand relationships, they will serve as a key influencer within the organisation, promoting innovation, challenging traditional methods, and guiding the senior team toward excellence. Key Responsibilities: Cultivate and manage high-value relationships with global brands and agencies. Lead strategic initiatives to position the agency as a key partner in sports marketing. Drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies and multi-dimensional marketing solutions. Advise clients on talent and celebrity engagement, leveraging your expertise in athlete and celebrity partnerships. Act as a senior influencer within the agency, contributing to sales, marketing, and strategic direction while fostering innovation and excellence. Key Requirements 6+ years of experience in talent representation, sports marketing, or agency-side brand engagement. A proven track record in managing high-level brand relationships and driving revenue growth. Strong knowledge of athlete/celebrity engagement, with existing talent relationships a plus. Exceptional sales and business development skills. A strategic, innovative mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo. *Due to the specific requirements of the role, we will only be able to respond to candidates with relevant experience*
