As a Brand Standards Executive, this dynamic role supports the Director of Brand Standards & Operational Excellence by ensuring that appropriate operational brand standards are identified, agreed upon, regularly reviewed and updated, communicated in the business as appropriate, and consistently delivered across the Royal, NYX, and Limited Edition brands. Experience in hospitality, especially in the 4* segment, is essential; 5* segment experience is preferable, and a flexible attitude is required to meet the needs of a growing business. Key Responsibilities of the Brand Standards Executive:

Setting up new mystery visits. Reviewing the mystery visit questionnaire and addressing queries from various hotels. Ensuring AA standards are reflected in the mystery audits. Monitoring the consistency of guest experiences in line with brand promises. Identifying trends from the mystery audits and creating action plans to address non-compliance issues, ensuring swift rectification. Assisting in developing and updating training materials to reflect the latest brand standards and policies. Preparing reports for senior management summarizing performance, mystery visit results, and areas for improvement. Monitoring competitor activities and suggesting innovative ideas to maintain a competitive edge. Conducting competitor checks to ensure pricing and F&B offerings are in line with the competition. Assisting in developing and implementing procedures, guidelines, and checklists to ensure consistency in service delivery and operational processes. Assisting the Director of Brand Standards and Operational Excellence in reviewing, amending, and creating SOPs for the various hotel brands. Menu engineering, beverage costings, and menu development; ensuring menus align with beverage contracting and printing. Ordering new menus and collateral as required. Performing any other duties as required. Being flexible as this role is new and expected to evolve over time. Our Ideal Brand Standards Executive Will Have:

Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. A background in hospitality operations. A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends. Experience working with multiple stakeholders. An energetic mindset with a clear vision for success. Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders across the business. Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and luxury service expectations. A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. Proficiency in MS Office. Business acumen. Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to improvement. Flexibility to adapt where support is needed. Willingness to travel to other properties or locations when required.
