Connollys of Moy Dungannon, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom Connollys of Moy are one of the largest Furniture Retailers in Northern Ireland. We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Brand Sales Manager to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and selling our furniture brands whilst also enhancing our market presence and driving customer engagement. This role requires a keen understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour. This is a new position which has evolved, as we are continually adding recognised quality furniture brands to our showroom floor. Delivering excellent customer service, quality and price is paramount for our company. Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives. Monitor brand performance through analytics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet targets. Communicate information to staff to develop and grow our business. Requirements

A highly motivated individual who keeps knowledge up to date, relevant to this new position. An eagerness to learn about new brands is essential. An ability to provide an outstanding customer experience through good product knowledge. Outstanding interpersonal skills. An ability to converse easily & follow up sales enquiries by phone & email. Qualifications

Proven experience in Retail Sales, or a similar role within a fast-paced environment with at least 2/3 years experience. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. 37.5 hours per week. Our stores are open Monday - Saturday 9 am - 5.30 pm. It is important to have flexibility to work Saturday, as this is one of our busiest days.
