The Role and Responsibilities:
Our client is looking for a Solicitor with the support of a team to manage a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing files, which will include sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, and new build properties. In addition to handling your own caseload, you will provide supervision and guidance to junior members of staff, ensuring they receive the support and training needed to progress in their roles. Your work will involve collaborating with a team to efficiently manage all aspects of residential property transactions, ensuring a high level of service and compliance with legal requirements.
Skills and Requirements:
You must be a Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer for this role.
