HDR Breach Of Contract Fee Earner/Litigator Location:

Manchester or Liverpool Salary:

£31,000-£41,000 Position Overview: Work with our esteemed client in either their Manchester or Liverpool office! We are looking for people who are experienced in dealing with breach of contract issues, ideally within HDR. Responsibilities:

Liaising and reporting to clients to ensure pre-settled claim damages are completed. Putting together document bundles to support in-house counsel writing POC. Issuing claims under Part 7 and Part 8. Taking court directions and instructions. Liaising with counsel and instructing in instances where claims go to court. Handling breaches of settlement agreements and court orders. Experience:

A very strong understanding of Part 7 and Part 8. At least 1 year of experience in civil litigation - ideally within breach of contract.
