- £12.50 PER HOUR - REVIEWED IN 3 MONTHS What it’s all about… Distributing and managing team and individual’s workload. The role will be engaged in accepting roadside incidents from a multitude of motoring organisations, members of the public, and local government authorities. You will be collecting accurate and relevant information, analysing, and determining details essential to the attendance, requesting further details where necessary and dispatching a suitable technician and vehicle capable of attending the incident. Main contact on telephone and online for clients and the team out in the field. Provide continuous support to the team. Support on ad-hoc projects i.e. trialling new processes. General administration duties such as Filing, Invoicing, Ordering. What you’ll get… Working for an established, family-run business where you are part of the family. What we need from you… Excellent level of IT literacy, both Microsoft Office packages and the confidence to learn bespoke software and processes. Ability to work and make decisions from initiative, applied knowledge, and available resources, while working as part of a collective team. Awareness and understanding of health and safety requirements. Ideally from a roadside recovery background with knowledge of apex rms (preferred). Enthusiastic, driven, and motivated. Focused on maintaining operational excellence throughout, working to a high standard to ensure the needs of our customers are met and exceeded. Flexible approach to role and working environment.
