About the Role As a Field Sales Representative at Breville, you will be responsible for driving sales activities and executing national account plans across your designated North West Metropolitan and Regional Melbourne, as well as Tasmanian territories. Operating autonomously, you will manage assigned accounts, implement promotional activities, and negotiate to secure increased shelf space. Your role will also involve delivering exceptional product training, demonstrations, and masterclasses, enabling you to exceed company targets while showcasing your product expertise to retail sales staff and customers. Key Responsibilities Include: Activate & Execute Sales Strategies: Drive sales across all Breville brands and product categories within your territory. Negotiation and Merchandising of Over & Above Displays. Account Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail accounts. Become a product expert and ensure the highest level of product training within your region. Conduct one-on-one or group training sessions for retail sales staff. Participate in online showroom training and at retailer expo events. Promotions & Business Reviews: Present new products and promotions while conducting regular business review meetings. Customer Service & Reporting: Provide exceptional customer service and daily reporting via the sales reporting app. Competitor Insights: Report competitor activities and adjust strategies to stay ahead. Present, Host or Moderate online or Face-to-Face classes for either the Retailers or End Users. Provide constructive feedback and visuals on in-store POS campaigns on a timely basis. Qualification & Experience: Must hold a current Driver’s license. Proven experience in a sales or field marketing role within a retail or product-driven environment. Key Attributes: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule. A passion for product knowledge and consumer engagement.
