Bricklayer (Social Housing)

One of our largest clients within the Social Housing market is currently looking to employ a Mobile Bricklayer covering the Dover area on long-term temporary contracts with the potential to go permanent for the right candidates. A van and fuel card will be provided.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm
Duties:
You will be a Multi-Skill Trades Bricklayer, with experience in repairs, and this will be your focus, but experience in other trades is an advantage. Providing excellent professional customer service to tenants. Attend informal and formal meetings and training sessions as required. Process all tasks/works electronically utilising a handheld device (PDA). This includes, but is not limited to, worksheets, timesheets, photographic evidence of works before/during/after, van stock replenishment, etc.
Requirements: NVQ L2 Bricklaying. Experience of working as a Bricklayer in the building trade either as a Bricklayer or as a multi-skilled Bricklayer. Associated trade skills of basic carpentry, decorating, and groundsworks would also be essential. Social Housing experience preferable. Excellent communication skills. UK Driving License. No criminal record.
