Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, introducers, and other key stakeholders. Identify and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Promote the company's bridging finance products and services. Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor to clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth application and completion process.
Requirements:
Experience in business development within bridging finance or property lending. Strong network of broker and introducer relationships. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
