In this role, you'll assist with underwriting bridging finance loans, working closely with senior underwriters to assess and process applications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a basic understanding of lending who's eager to build a career in underwriting. Responsibilities: Assist with the assessment and underwriting of bridging loan applications. Conduct thorough due diligence, analysing applicant profiles, property valuations, and risk factors. Support senior underwriters by preparing documentation and gathering necessary information. Liaise with brokers, clients, and third-party providers to ensure a smooth application process. Stay up to date with industry standards, compliance, and best practices. Requirements: Basic knowledge of lending and bridging finance (prior bridging finance experience is not required). Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. A proactive approach and eagerness to learn.
