What the day will look like Once fully trained in your new role, your responsibilities will include: Define marketing strategy (specific to placement) Review Submission Lead quote broking / Follow market broking Present terms to client / network Firm Order broking (Ebix / wet stamps / email) Record broking activity in market sheets Review draft / final MRC Send Cover confirmation Provide benchmarking and placement advice to clients Client meetings Respond to A/C queries Establish and manage pipeline Market Relationship Management How this opportunity is different The Aon Specie and Fine Art team is recognised in the market as being best in class within the sector and is known for its dynamic and innovative nature. The team currently includes specialist brokers, inclusive of Fine Art, General Specie, Cash in Transit, Jewellers Block, Crypto, plus a dedicated Client Service Team. Our book of business has a global footprint offering tailored programs to all clients. Our remit of clients consists of Banks, Galleries, Museums, Local authorities, Cash in Transit, Mining, Jewellery retailers and wholesalers, and a host of other niche areas. Skills and experience that will lead to success A minimum of 12 months insurance experience Effective communication and presentation skills Ability to utilise insurance industry IT systems to efficiently deliver client service Experience of managing effective client relationships Ability to interpret and use data optimally Good understanding of compliance and FCA regulation How we support our colleagues This role offers a competitive salary and bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package and 25 days holiday.
