We are seeking a highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail to join our team as Broker Sales Executive. In this role, you will respond to enquiries, raise quotes, manage partner portals, and support our vehicle ordering process. Key Responsibilities CRM Management: Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer order files. Ensure information is recorded accurately. Monitor and update CRM data regularly. Partner Portal Management: Manage and maintain partner portals to ensure all vehicle and client data are accurate. Monitor activity and ensure the smooth functioning of portal operations whilst being responsive to new requests. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues. Broker Requests and Updates: Respond promptly to broker requests regarding vehicle availability, specifications, order updates, vehicle quotations & On The Road calculations. Provide detailed and accurate information to facilitate smooth transactions. Update brokers on the status of vehicle orders and delivery schedules. Compile and communicate stock offers and exclusive deals to maximise sales opportunities. The ability to analyse information and identify discrepancies during the quotation and order process. Administrative Support: Provide support to the Sales Manager and team for day-to-day operations. Organise and manage sales related documentation to keep the office running smoothly. Desirable Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in a Broker Sales Role or an administrative position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of Dealership Management Systems and Funder Quoting platforms. Experience working in a Franchised Dealership. Office-based & tele sales dealing with our Broker Partners. Compensation and Benefits Pension scheme and access to a staff car scheme.
