Permanent About Our Client Our client, a specialist insurance broker, is seeking a meticulous and organised individual to join their team as a Broker Support. This role offers exposure to varied risks and policies, providing an excellent opportunity for someone with insurance experience or a strong desire to develop in the sector. Role Overview This administrative role will involve supporting brokers by handling key back-office tasks, ensuring smooth client onboarding, and preparing essential documentation. While primarily admin-focused, the position offers exposure to SME Property and Casualty risks, including Public & Employers Liability and Property Damage All Risks covers. Key Responsibilities Prepare renewals and pre-renewal templates. Set up client records and complete onboarding checks. Process premium credit agreements and handle payment defaults. Send out contingency quote documentation and flood checks. Manage email templates, client communications, and document distribution. Enter risk information into Acturis for the Elite scheme.
Ideal Candidate Experience in SME Property and Casualty classes (preferred). Knowledge of Public & Employers Liability and Property Damage All Risks. Acturis experience (preferred but not essential, with training provided). Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
