In this wide and varied role you'll be collaborating regularly with colleagues in our Client Service teams and will also work closely with the Clients directly to understand and appreciate each risk and the outcomes required. Accountabilities will include: Implementation of the Retail Broking Strategy and procedures

Handle all broking activities for a portfolio of clients and prospects ensuring that Aon is never outbroked. Manage trading relationships with insurers. Analyse the insurance market and cascade information back to the client service team. Improve the quality and efficiency of the broking process. How this opportunity is different

Working from our Manchester and/or Leeds offices, you'll be responsible for the placement of a wide range of core commercial risks. Skills and experience that will lead to success

A detailed knowledge of commercial insurance market practices and dynamics including an understanding of the financial issues that drive the market. The ability to work optimally with colleagues in an environment where success often depends on influencing skill rather than direct control. An effective and reasonable negotiator with an understanding of the importance of sustainability. An effective listener and an eloquent communicator. Confidently articulate Aon’s strategy.
