We are a leading provider of supported living care services for adults with learning disabilities in Rugby and are committed to providing the highest quality of care for our service users. Our Registered Manager will oversee the day-to-day running of the service. We are seeking a Registered Care Manager who is passionate about caring for others and eager to make a real difference in their lives whilst promoting a person-centred service. This role would be ideal for existing Managers and any Deputy Managers looking to progress to Manager level. In this dual role, you will be responsible for both care and operational duties.
