Rotational Cyber Security Level 4 Apprentice - Belfast Location: Riverside Tower, Belfast (N.I), United Kingdom Salary: £21,840 This is your chance to make a real difference to the world. As part of your apprenticeship, you'll rotate around different areas of the business, meaning you'll get to find out which areas you like the most. You'll be working across various platforms and technologies, including Data Centre Servers, Networking, and Cloud-based tools, developing a wide range of skills. You'll also need to have a business mindset for continuous improvement, using feedback and data to enhance our services. You'll start with key concepts like security, identity, confidentiality, integrity, availability, threat, vulnerability, risk, and hazard. You'll also learn about applying relevant laws and ethics, security assurance, and cyber security concepts to IT infrastructure. This role involves teamwork; everyone relies on and helps each other to do the best job possible for our business customers. You'll manage complex workloads and competing priorities, and we will support your ongoing development, including studying for your ITIL V4 certification. About the apprenticeship you'll study for:
As a Cyber Security Managed Services Apprentice, you'll study for a Level 4 apprenticeship called Cyber Security and Networking Infrastructure. The course runs for 2.5 years, and you'll spend 20% of your weekly working hours learning and studying. Entry Requirements:
You need two A-Levels with a minimum of C grades and a minimum of five GCSEs at grades 4-9 (C or above), including English and Maths. Equivalent qualifications are accepted. All applicants must have full UK Right to Work for the duration (2.5 years) of their scheme. Some roles may require security clearance. About BT Group:
