Employer matched pension contribution High tech newly refurbished offices, located near shops, food outlets and gyms The Role – Sales Executive (BT B2B Sales) With the support of the Sales Manager, as a Sales Executive (BT B2B Sales) you’ll become part of the BT Local Business team representing the BT brand to SMEs in Liverpool, Chester and North Wales. You will complete the BT academy training, that will enable you to gain a globally recognised qualification to sell products in the BT portfolio and recommend solutions to our customers. Your duties will include: Proactively managing your key accounts and contacting daily by phone, email and LinkedIn Uncovering / identifying new business sales opportunities via account management Closing sales over the phone and email to secure new or additional business Selling the full range of BT products and services, proactively up-selling and cross-selling Using our CRM system (Salesforce) to input information Our Requirements for Sales Executive (BT B2B Sales) Excellent communication and rapport building skills, with confidence making outbound calls Confidence and resilience when handling objections and challenging conversations Self-motivated and results driven with hunger for success and progression Enthusiasm and keenness to learn Good IT skills including the use of CRM databases, along with accurate data entry skills Basic understanding of new technology, with the ability to communicate this to customers Job Type: Full-time Pay: £26,000.00-£37,000.00 per year Additional pay: Bonus scheme Commission pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Benefits: Company events Company pension Cycle to work scheme Health & wellbeing programme Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
