BTS Compliance Manager

in AbbVie Business Technology Solutions (BTS), you'll have opportunities to contribute to the digital transformation of a leading biopharma company, helping to co-create compliant technological solutions that impact patients and their communities for the better. In this role you'll be responsible for: Ensuring adherence with all relevant BTS policies, regulations, corporate standards, system development procedures, and practices Interpreting and communicating systems compliance requirements, regulations, procedures across the BTS Commercial functions Leading Commercial BTS's data analytics and compliance strategy globally Leading compliance activities across multiple projects and client areas Partnering with various business stakeholders, technology leads, external agencies, and partners Operating as the subject matter expert and point person for Commercial BTS in Europe on compliance topics, procedures, and initiatives Enforcing and advocating secure, safe, compliant development protocols and supporting the deployment of secure systems and solutions Driving continuous process optimization initiatives based on operational performance monitoring, audits, and leading industry best practices Cultivating a team environment that values strategic thinking, proactive risk management, and continuous learning Driving continuous training and awareness sessions to promote understanding and adherence to policies, procedures, and industry standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; focus in Computer Science or similar course desired.
