Full time / Permanent Are you an experienced Build Engineer from an Engineering or similar industry background? Would you describe yourself as a hard-working individual who likes to get stuck in? Attega Group is looking for a Build Engineer on a permanent basis. This role will involve Electrical & Mechanical diagnostics. In return, we are offering a basic salary of up to £35,000 P/A and various company benefits including pension contribution and 20 days holidays + bank holidays, free parking, and more. Duties for this role will include:
Assemble, test and troubleshoot prototype recirculating chillers and related equipment. Collaborate closely with R&D / Design Engineers to refine designs and implement improvements. Perform Mechanical and Electrical diagnostics to identify and resolve issues in prototypes. Conduct routine maintenance and upgrades to test equipment. The ideal candidate must have experience within Electrical Engineering from an Engineering, Manufacturing, or similar background. Required qualifications include: 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with mechanical and electrical systems, ideally within the refrigeration or HVAC sector. Familiarity with workshop tools and equipment used in assembly and testing. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics. A full UK driving license.
