• They are seeking an experienced Building & Construction Project Leader to manage the delivery of CAPEX projects from initial feasibility through design, construction, and final han.
• Managing Multi-Functional Project Teams, coordinating internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly, on time, and within budget.
• Will involve developing business cases, managing project delivery plans, overseeing risk and opportunity management, monitoring contractor performance, and ensuring technical compl.

• £40 per hour via Umbrella.
