Building Control Inspector needed in Worthing, £50ph
PAYE – Reference: 5255374 This role falls within the Blended Working Policy Experience as a Building Control Officer to the level required at Class 2 (a-d) is essential. You must be able to work unsupervised and make judgements regarding the adequacy of building work and compliance with the Regulations. Your responsibilities will include: Identifying work that fails to comply and the necessary procedures to record and report on any non-compliance. Undertaking assessment and supervision of dangerous structures. You will ideally have: Knowledge of Quality Assurance systems. Knowledge and understanding of modern customer service delivery methods. Knowledge of the planning system and its relationship to Building Control. Experience in working in a multi-disciplinary team, both as a leader and a member.
