A great opportunity has been created for a Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) to join a well-established team based in the North Yorkshire area (Minimum RBI 3H or predicted to be soon).
The Role:
This is a Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) opportunity whereby you will provide building regulations plan & site assessment services on both commercial schemes including HRBS (RBI dependent). There is no office presence required for this role although there is an office available if needed.
Rate:
£70 - 80/hr DOE Contract Length:
Initial 6-month contract (Likely to run long-term) Location:
North Yorkshire IR35 Status:
Outside IR35 available Hours:
Up to 37.5 hrs/wk available (part-time would also be of interest)
