In this role, you will be instrumental in designing innovative architectural systems, producing detailed technical drawings, and collaborating with other designers and construction firms to bring projects to life. Location : Dover, Kent, Hours : Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Responsibilities : Develop innovative building designs and solutions using cutting-edge materials. Collaborate with architects and construction firms on large-scale building projects. Produce precise technical drawings and project documentation. Ensure designs comply with UK Building and Planning Regulations and technical standards. Key Skills and Attributes : Technical Skills : Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp. Attention to Detail : Ability to create precise technical drawings. Communication Skills : Strong written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills. Mathematical Aptitude : Confident in applying math to technical designs. Regulatory Knowledge : Some understanding of UK Building and Planning Regulations is a plus. Team Player : Confident, outgoing, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Additional Requirements : Due to the rural location of the workplace, candidates must have access to reliable transport as there is no public transport available to the area. Why Apply?
