BN Postcodes A new role with the flexibility to work from home with existing clients based around Brighton and Hove. The Building Inspector will be responsible for plan checking and site inspections in the local area. This is ideally suited to a surveyor who values training and development while getting a good work/life balance. About the Role
You will work in a team of Registered Building Inspectors who cover residential and small commercial projects around West Sussex. You can either cover parts of Brighton and inland across some of West Sussex. There is never a requirement to travel more than 45 minutes from home. You will be expected to complete 15-20 inspections a week and a maximum of 5 plan checks. There isn't a KPI culture and they value getting along as a team and have a culture of trusting their staff to do a good job. You can work how you prefer, whether you want to go to site every day or do your visits in a couple of days. There is no Business Development target in this role either. Benefits:
