Building Maintenance Engineer Liverpool Street, City of London £45,000 - £47,000 We've got a fantastic job opportunity for an electrical or mechanical bias Building Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team on a high end, state of the art commercial building in the City of London! You will be joining the fastest growing building service provider in the UK, gain valuable career experience and exposure to a fantastic site with an experienced, tight knit maintenance team! This is a static role, following a fixed schedule of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm as part of a team. This is a fantastic role to gain further experience in the commercial maintenance sector whilst joining a highly reputable client. You will carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance, liaise with subcontractors, ensure the client is satisfied with the service and respond to emergencies on site. Job Duties:

PPMs & Reactive maintenance Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation Ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided Respond to emergencies on site Fault find on M&E systems Quotations Health & Safety Logbooks Risk assessments Permits to work Job Requirements:

Fully qualified in either Electrical Installations or a Mechanically relevant engineering course (City and Guilds / NVQ / EAL or equivalent) At least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance Polite and personable Apprentice trained - Desirable Salary and Benefits:
