planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
and respond to
reactive maintenance
tasks, ensuring client sites are running smoothly. What You'll Do: Conduct PPM and reactive maintenance on a variety of building systems.Including emergency lighting, fire alarms, sink flow checks, A/C filter changes, door hinges, fire door maintenance and much more. Handle multi-skilled tasks, including
fabric repairs ,
basic plumbing , and
basic electrical work . Travel across the Watford area to provide maintenance support (travel time minus half an hour each way is paid). Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with regulations. What We're Looking For: Experience:
Proven experience in building maintenance, with multi-skilled expertise across fabric, plumbing, and electrics. Driving Licence:
Full UK licence with no more than 6 points. Skills:
Self-motivated, with a professional attitude and strong problem-solving abilities. Flexibility:
Willingness to travel regionally as required. What We Offer: Competitive Salary:
