Building Management Systems Engineer

Building Management Systems Engineer focuses on managing the full lifecycle of the bms package, from design through to commissioning and handover.

What the role involves

• Managing the full lifecycle of the BMS package, from design through to commissioning and handover.
• Coordinating with MEP teams, subcontractors, and specialist BMS vendors.
• Ensure systems are delivered in line with project specifications, programme, and quality standards.
• Overseeing installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS systems.
• Drive programme milestones.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and relevant standards.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience as a BMS Package Manager, BMS Project Manager, or similar role.
• Strong background working on data centre or mission-critical projects.
• Controls systems (e.g. Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of BMS.
