Sheen Lane Developments is a leading property developer working within London and the home counties. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Building Manager based at our brand new development in the heart of Aylesbury. Purpose of Position

We are looking for someone to come and join our team who can support with all maintenance issues, ensure the building is well-presented whilst also providing an excellent level of customer service, including supporting and managing the work of staff on site. Key Duties & Responsibilities

Main point of contact for all residents during working hours Communication with residents and third-parties, including management of building signage and building email account Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs to ensure smooth transitions between tenancies Completing regular building inspections and site walk arounds Assist with the smooth running and maintenance of the property with support from an office-based team Maintain a safe environment for all in the building, including ensuring 100% compliance with Health and Safety requirements Reporting of and assisting with any remedial works required Overseeing fire security, prevention and safety systems Work alongside third-party service providers to ensure the building is running and maintained to an excellent standard Effective management of communal areas, including resident amenity Setting and enforcement of building policies for residents Requirements

Previous experience of at least two years in managing a large residential block Excellent communication skills: oral, verbal and written Problem solver with a positive attitude Punctual with strong time management and an ability to set and meet timescales and targets Knowledge of landlord responsibilities and residential property compliance requirements an advantage Proficient in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint If you feel you have the required skills and experience and are interested in joining a highly respected company with the opportunity to progress your career, we would be interested in hearing from you.
