This client is searching for a Building Manager to oversee their stunning 159-unit BTR scheme in the heart of Bournemouth. In this exciting role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day management of the building, working closely with contractors, service providers, and your dedicated team to ensure everything runs like clockwork. You’ll take ownership of everything from building maintenance to tenant satisfaction, ensuring the property remains in pristine condition and residents enjoy the best possible experience. Your Responsibilities: Leading and motivating a team to deliver a seamless service. Overseeing the maintenance, safety, and security of the property. Managing budgets and vendor relationships to maintain operational excellence. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Creating a community-focused, resident-first atmosphere. Driving continuous improvement in building services. Your Requirements: Proven experience in building management, either within the BTR or PBSA sector. Strong leadership and team management skills. A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving and day-to-day operations. Experience with budget management and vendor relations. Excellent communication skills and a knack for building strong relationships with residents and contractors alike. A passion for creating exceptional living spaces.
