Qualifications for Building Manager:
Candidate must have a degree in construction management, civil engineering, or building science.
Must have a national diploma in construction management.
Experience in construction management on power plants.
Proven ability to overcome challenges and consistently deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities for Building Manager:
Responsible for overseeing and directing the construction projects from conception to completion.
Promote and maintain health and safety equipment, including site inspections to ensure safety rules are followed.
Resolve problems and provide updates about outcomes to stakeholders.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to communicate with clients.
