Development Details: This role is based at The Gallery, a stunning residential development comprising approximately 101 homes, including a mix of stylish apartments and elegant townhouses, with both private leasehold and shared ownership. The estate also has overground and underground carparks and benefits from its close transport links to Imperial Wharf Overground Station. Key Responsibilities and Requirements: Manage the day-to-day operational running of the estate, including Health and Safety, contractor management, ensuring exceptional customer service, and implementing SOPs. Manage the front desk, including concierge duties such as managing parcels, keys, resident queries, and complaints. Responsible for carrying out bin rotations. Conduct health and safety inspections, daily audits, plant room checks, and reporting as required, ensuring timely action on any points. Oversee contractors and ensure Permits to Work are completed and accompanied by Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). Manage reactive and preventive maintenance tasks accordingly. Provide exceptional customer service to residents. Maintain a strong health and safety background, ensuring statutory compliance and staying updated with changing legislation. Manage onsite projects, whether major works or minor repairs. Manage budgets and overall expenditure for a residential development, working closely with the Property Manager.
