Deliver day-to-day operational support for a number of buildings to ensure accommodation and services are delivered to a high standard. Liaise with building stakeholders and manage contractors. Oversee the ongoing programme of building audits and performance across a range of services to ensure continuous improvement, building standards, compliance, and H&S requirements are met. Ensure building safety, functionality, and efficiency while delivering excellent customer service to all building users. What you’ll need:
Experience in Facilities Management. High level of experience in partnership working within a public sector setting. Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and building compliance. This role will require travel across the county and office estate.
