As the Building Safety Surveyor, you will be:
- Managing the fire risk assessment remedial programme
- Delivering fire door surveys and compartmentation surveys
- Provide fire safety technical recommendations off the back of the surveys
- Delivery on remedial works and reports to ensure compliance legislation met
- Home based with travel to the properties across the North West
Experience and qualifications:
- Experience conducting fire surveys
- Experience managing fire risk assessment actions
- FDIS, NEBOSH fire and relevant building qualification
In return as the Building Safety Surveyor, you will receive:
- £280-£300 a day
