Join Anchor, a leading housing provider, to play a vital role in managing fire risk remediation projects and ensuring regulatory compliance. About the Role As Fire Safety Projects Manager, you’ll lead a variety of local and regional projects, ensuring fire risk remediation works and building safety initiatives are delivered effectively. Your responsibilities will include: Managing fire door and compartmentation surveys. Collaborating with IT and Health & Safety teams to assess and address fire risks within Anchor's properties. Ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, adhering to Anchor’s performance standards, fire safety legislation, and guidance. Achieving 100% compliance with Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) actions. This home-based role covers locations in Kent, London, and nearby areas, offering flexibility while supporting essential building safety operations. About You To succeed in this role, you’ll need: Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify innovative solutions to achieve fire compliance and address non-compliance effectively. Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing and reacting to increasing FRA actions, including sourcing contractors and ensuring delivery within target dates. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Collaboration Skills: Experience liaising with operational teams and managing communications for projects, including those involving leasehold schemes both above and below Section 20 thresholds.
