43K + Travel - North London / Luton
I am currently representing a leading HVAC specialist who is in search of a Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team within North London / Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will be providing planned maintenance, servicing, and reactive support to a wide range of M&E equipment.
With two offices based within the UK, the company has grown from strength to strength since launching in 2002 and provides building performance assets, planned and reactive maintenance solutions, and capital projects works throughout the UK. They mainly work with a wide variety of retail, hotel, leisure, and commercial multi-tenanted office spaces.
The ideal candidate would be based either in North London, Hertfordshire, or Luton. This mobile role will be covering the following areas:
North London Kensington Chelsea Rushton Banbury Birmingham Cambridge
The position will involve carrying out service, maintenance, breakdown, and repairs to all M&E Plant, such as:
Plant room maintenance works Emergency light testing, Fan Coils, Filters, pumps, Motors, general plumbing, tap temp tests. Emergency light & Fire alarm Testing Lighting, Ballasts, UPS, BMS Commercial plant room maintenance PPMs & Reactive across FM
The successful candidate will be a strong all-round building services engineer, comfortable with all M&E Plant, and be qualified either in electrical, plumbing, or gas.
In return, my client is willing to offer:
£40K - £43K basic salary - 40-hour week Van & Company Credit Card / Fuel Card Travel time (engineer giving half hour EW) 25 days holiday + bank holidays Pension, life assurance scheme & Sick Pay Tools, Phone, PPE Call out - 1 in 5 - £105 standby & D2D travel on call Abundance of Overtime available
