Are you passionate about delivering top-tier maintenance solutions with a focus on quality, efficiency, and proactive problem solving? This role is perfect for a multi-skilled professional to manage building services across our corporate estate. Your knowledge of building regulations will be invaluable as you ensure that risk assessments and condition surveys are up to date and accurately recorded. In addition to this, you’ll ensure that all deadlines for inspections and services are met so that all property remains fully compliant. You’ll be comfortable working with budgets, ensuring value for money and managing energy contracts so that the Council operates efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Perform PPMs and reactive maintenance across multiple disciplines for a mixed-use portfolio including offices, retail, leisure, car-parks, and open spaces. Maintain and service the HVAC system e.g., AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, and VRFs. Ensure optimal operation of the building management system. Identify and resolve issues efficiently to minimize downtime. Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to uphold service excellence. Qualifications: Multi-skilled with experience in Building Services (Electrical, Mechanical, or AC). Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Good knowledge of building regulations and corporate landlord health and safety responsibilities. Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload across two sites. This role will be based at our Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks Kent TN13 1HG. We currently operate a hybrid working model for the majority of our roles where your working time can be divided between the office (minimum 3 days) and home working (subject to work demands).
