I'm currently recruiting for a Building Services Engineer. This is an exciting role where you'll be pivotal in delivering cost-effective, energy-efficient solutions for building services replacements.
What You'll Be Doing:
Preparing detailed scopes of work for lifecycle and AMP plans by reviewing maintenance records, condition surveys, and other key data. Managing Building Regulations/Control and Planning Applications. Supporting commissioning activities and providing technical guidance where needed. Conducting analysis of survey information and estates data to inform change and improve systems. Assisting in project estimations and ensuring compliance with regulations.
What You'll Need:
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building regulations. Excellent attention to detail with an organised and proactive approach to work. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable Skills:
Experience in MoD or military environments. Knowledge of PFI contracts. A proactive mindset, embracing change and seeking improvements in practices to benefit the business.
