Overview:

Are you ready to join a dynamic team where innovation thrives? First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our reputable client who is seeking a passionate and results-driven Building Services Engineer to be part of their exciting journey.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Carry out a detailed scope of work to advise the design, specification & installation and to maintain cost-effective / energy efficient systems for building services replacement. Prepare detailed Schedules of Work in preparation for the annual Lifecycle and AMP, including reviewing Reactive and Planned Maintenance records, previous condition surveys for equipment, systems and plant, and Room Data Sheets. Support commissioning activities and provide technical support and guidance where required. Undertake analysis of survey information and other related estates data to provide succinct scope of works to support change, the Lifecycle plan and AMP.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

Educated to a minimum HNC/HND level or equivalent in a relevant discipline preferably with a professional membership eg RICS or CABE. A recognised formal Project Management qualification. An industry recognised qualification in engineering, building or facilities management. It would also be desirable to have: Microsoft Project: Intermediate Level. Qualified to member level of a relevant professional organisation. NEBOSH / IOSH Qualification.
