We are recruiting for our client based in Wickford, who is looking for a dedicated and skilled Building Services Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either electrical or mechanical engineering, with the following qualifications and experience:
Qualifications:
City and Guilds 236 or 2357 Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. Electrical qualification: 17th Edition Test and Inspection or mechanical equivalent. Full clean driving licence.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years in a comparable role. Knowledge of Building and Information Management Systems. Experience in operational maintenance. Strong problem-solving skills. Knowledge of project and operations management for all associated FM service provisions.
Skills and Attributes:
Proactive and passionate about making a difference. Resilient and adaptable, able to work autonomously and well under pressure. Strong communication skills. Good stakeholder management.
Salary:
£35,000 - £45,000 per annum
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 17:00
