Your main purpose of the role is to manage projects locally and remotely. In this role, you will be: Meeting with clients whilst managing the day-to-day design and management of projects. Carrying out heating, cooling, and ventilation calculations. Representing the company at meetings with clients and contractors. Carrying out and manage others in the production of detailed calculations using industry standard digital tools. Carrying out site surveys and site progress reviews. Managing elements of project delivery and assisting in the development and mentoring of others within the team. You will need to undertake other duties as may be required to achieve objectives. What You'll Need to Succeed

You will need to be degree qualified, or equivalent qualification, in Building Services Engineering or related subject. You will need to have a good level of computer literacy in Microsoft packages. You will need to have experience and awareness of mechanical design tool software packages such as HEVACOMP, AutoCAD, and Revit. You will need to have detailed knowledge of appropriate technical standards. You will be taking charge of project deliverables, make decisions, act on own initiative and operate in a pro-active way. You will need to have awareness and management of available project budget. What You'll Get in Return
