The ideal candidate will oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
Qualifications for Building Supervisor:
Degree in construction management, civil engineering, or building science.
National diploma in construction management.
Experience in construction management on power plants.
Proven ability to overcome challenges and consistently deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities for Building Supervisor:
Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
Promote and maintain health and safety equipment, including site inspections to ensure safety rules are followed.
Resolve problems and provide updates about outcomes to stakeholders.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to communicate with clients.
