We are currently recruiting for a Building Surveyor to join one of the most respected property consultancies in the South West. Based from our clients' Bristol office, the majority of work will be in the surrounding area. Our client carries out a broad range of work, from Building Surveying to Property Management through to Valuation work, for a variety of clients in the South West.

The Building Surveyor will be completing a range of duties, focusing on commercial building surveying, including dilapidations, party wall work, traditional surveys and neighbourly matters to name just a few.

Building Surveyor Position Overview

Building Surveyor Position Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Building Surveyor on commercial property
  • Relevant degree
  • Ideally MRICS qualified (not essential)
  • Full driving licence
