A dynamic, multi-disciplinary Building Surveying firm is actively seeking a seasoned Building Surveyor to enhance their Essex based team.
This is an opportunity for a Building Surveyor to work on an exciting portfolio, with a range of projects.
The Building Surveyor's role The selected Building Surveyor will be entrusted with a multifaceted portfolio, including the drafting of detailed specifications, managing private residential projects, overseeing substantial extensions ranging from £250k to £500k, and handling educational projects valued over £1M.
This position is not only project-focused but also allows the Building Surveyor to showcase their dedication, drive, and commitment to exceptional client service.
The Ideal Building Surveyor will have MRICS qualified (Not essential) RICS accredited degree (Essential) A consultancy/ private practice background Well-rounded service line experience
