Manage and oversee construction and maintenance projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Ensure compliance with building regulations, health and safety legislation, and council policies. Provide expert advice on building-related issues to internal departments, contractors, and stakeholders. Monitor contractor performance and quality, ensuring work is carried out to agreed specifications and standards.
