Conducting thorough property inspections to identify and assess repair needs, including but not limited to: Structural issues: Cracks, subsidence, dampness Plumbing and electrical problems: Leaks, faulty wiring Mould and damp: Identifying sources and assessing severity Preparing detailed and accurate survey reports, including photographs and supporting documentation. Providing expert advice and recommendations for repairs and remedial works. Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Adhering to relevant building regulations and industry best practices. Qualifications and Experience:
Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) Qualification. HNC (Higher National Certificate). Proven experience in property inspections and building maintenance. Knowledge of building regulations and industry standards. Excellent report writing and communication skills.
