The Successful Building Surveyor's Role The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will manage a diverse client portfolio across central and north London. The role includes delivering construction projects on residential properties and managing insurance-related works of varying sizes. This is a role that allows for independence, offering the chance to take ownership of your projects while benefiting from ongoing support and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Manage construction projects on residential and insurance-based properties. Deliver all aspects of surveying services with a high degree of autonomy. Maintain and build strong client relationships. Provide expert advice and deliver high-quality reports.
The Ideal Building Surveyor MRICS qualified (preferred). Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent RICS-accredited qualification. Experience in a construction-focused practice delivering surveying services. Client-facing with excellent communication skills. Strong report writing abilities. Interest or experience in insurance-based work (preferred).
In Return? Salary: 55,000 - 65,000. 10% discretionary bonus. 5% matched pension scheme. Life assurance (x3 basic salary).
