A small to medium sized consultancy client of mine is now seeking a ground-hitting Building Surveyor to join their expanding team based in Bournemouth.
This is an opportunity for a Building Surveyor who is keen to work on a variety of public and private sector projects.

Role and Responsibilities
As the new Building Surveyor, you will be working on a mixture of projects including internal refit outs for high-end residential properties, commercial restraint fit outs, internal redecorations, and residential blocks.
This role offers the chosen Building Surveyor the full range of project and professional service lines, allowing you to have a variety of work and the chance to gain strong experience. You will be covering work across the Southeast of the country.
Person Specification
MRICS qualified (Not essential)
RICS accredited degree (Essential)
A property background would be advantageous
Well-rounded service line experience
