A small to medium sized consultancy client of mine are now seeking a ground-hitting Building Surveyor to join their expanding team based in Bournemouth.
This is an opportunity for a Building Surveyor who is keen to work on a variety of public and private sector projects.

Role and responsibilities
As the new Building Surveyor, you will be working on a mixture of projects including internal refits for high-end residential properties, commercial restaurant fit-outs, internal redecorations, and residential blocks.
This role offers the chosen Building Surveyor the full range of project and professional service lines, allowing you to have a variety of work and the chance to gain strong experience. You will be covering work across the Southeast of the country.
Person specification
This role will suit a capable and self-sufficient individual, who can work on their own initiative as well as part of a wider team and who is driven to succeed.
MRICS qualified (Not essential)
RICS accredited degree (Essential)
A property background would be advantageous
Well-rounded service line experience
