Your new role As a Chartered Building Surveyor, the responsibility includes delivering a variety of projects and providing Professional Services to both new and existing clients. The strategic plan focuses on diversifying the client base and expanding the range of services, with all professional team members playing a crucial role in this process. Significant opportunities for career progression are offered within the practice, supported by the necessary guidance and resources to enhance skills and broaden service delivery.

Manage and deliver various construction projects. Provide Professional Services for a diverse client base. Contribute to the diversification and expansion of service offerings. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery. Pursue continuous professional development and skill enhancement.

What you'll need to succeed A forward-thinking and adaptable Chartered Building Surveyor with experience in Project Management, particularly in Contract Administration and Employer's Agent roles, is sought. A proven track record of delivering a range of Professional Services, including Level 3 Building Surveys, Dilapidations, Party Wall matters, and Defect Diagnostic Investigations, is essential. A positive attitude towards work, a commitment to personal development, and a desire to excel as part of a successful and growing practice are crucial. Attention to detail and a willingness to go above and beyond when required are also important.
